Commemorating the 10-year anniversary of King Richard III’s return to Bosworth Battlefield prior to his reinterment.
Join us to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of King Richard III’s return to Bosworth Battlefield prior to his reinterment at Leicester Cathedral.
Come along to the action-packed weekend that includes a special memorial ceremony (Saturday 22 only), battle re-enactments, living history camps, a new exhibition about the return of the King, family crafts and more.

Adult: £10. Child: £7. Under 3s Free.
Tickets for the event can be purchased in advance online or over the phone, or will be available on the day (subject to availability). These tickets are valid for one day only but this includes free access to our award winning exhibition. Car park charges apply.
If you already have an exhibition ticket (purchased in the last year) and are only looking to return to the exhibition on this weekend, there is no need to purchase a separate event ticket. However, if you want to enjoy the full experience of a packed living-history weekend (in our Events Arena, see below), you will need to purchase an event ticket.
If you are a new customer to our site and are just looking to visit the exhibition, exhibition tickets will still be available to purchase on the day as usual. These normal admission tickets allow you to return to the exhibition for free over the next year.

We have a fun programme of activities taking place in the Event Arena on both days of the event.

11am – Combat demonstration
11:30am – Family bill drill
12pm – Medieval Fashion Show
12:30pm – Procession to Sundial
1pm – Memorial Ceremony at Sundial (No ticket required to attend the ceremony)
1:00pm – 2pm Medieval Lunchtime
2pm – Artillery display (LOUD BANGS!)
2.30pm – Children’s fancy dress competition and DIY battle of Bosworth
